We currently offer the following shipping options:

1. Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the UAE, and 7-14 business days for international deliveries.
2. Express Shipping: Our express shipping option takes 1-2 business days for delivery within the UAE, and 3-5 business days for international deliveries.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery once the package has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping for all orders above AED 500 within the UAE. For orders below AED 500, a shipping fee of AED 30 will apply.

For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the package.

Order Processing Time

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Please note that this processing time may vary during peak seasons and holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package online and estimate the delivery date.

Delivery Confirmation

All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure that the package has been received by the intended recipient. If you are not available to sign for the package, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions on how to collect your package or reschedule delivery.

International Orders

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and other import duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees charged by Don Fiorito.
